The Dojo

Kai-bo is safe and fun, burns fat, tones muscles, energises and can help with weight loss.

Kai-bo Logo Classes are taught by qualified Karate Instructors with over 50 years experience. There are variations made on all exercises ranging from beginners, intermediate to advanced.
  • Including strength & conditioning, punching & kicking (no contact)
  • Safe and fun, burns fat, tones muscles and energises
  • Varied to suit attendees & never the same class twice!
  • Light bag work on a Thursday

Classes take place in the Dojo at Fort Regent, Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
You can reserve your place by email or just turn up 5 minutes before the class starts.
